Transfer Cancellation and Refund Policy

*Deadline information for Cancellations and Changes is given on the Booking Confirmation page.

*You cannot get a refund for reservations past the cancellation date.

*Cancellations you have made before the cancellation date has passed will be refunded to you with the payment method you have made.

*You can only make changes through our call center for your reservations whose change date has passed.

*By purchasing this service, you are deemed to have accepted the cancellation and change conditions for the vehicle you have chosen.

*You must cancel the reservation at least 4 hours in advance. Refunds will not be given for reservations canceled at the last minute.

*Refunds are refunded within 15-28 days, depending on the option you used to pay.
