For reservations made through the Antalya Private website, it is entirely the user’s responsibility to enter the date, time, pickup and drop-off location information.
For our customers in Antalya, we must pick up our guests at least 3-6 hours before the flight time, depending on the distance.

Flight time selection for returns is determined by the flight code.


Antalya Private Transfer will be referred to as ‘Antalya Private Transfer’.

The person whose name and surname is specified in the reservation and/or the persons they represent will be referred to as “Consumer or Customer”.


This contract has been made between the consumer and Antalya Private Transfer. This contract is arranged for the sales of services made on the phone or electronic environment of the services whose qualifications and sales conditions are specified on the website of Antalya Private Transfer and covers the rights and acquisitions of the parties.

With this contract, the parties have agreed to provide transfer service from the addresses or hotels determined by them before and after the flight to the airports and/or vice versa, and to perform this service by Antalya Private Transfer in return for a fee, within the framework of the following contractual conditions.

3-Service and Payment Information

The contract price is the amount specified in the reservation confirmation form.

Requests for different points other than the route(s) specified in the reservation in the private transfer service; If it is on the route and without waiting, it is included in the price, if it is not on the route, the amount to be determined by Antalya Private Transfer for each different point is paid by the passenger in the region.

Antalya Private Transfer has the right to make changes in the transfer vehicle without any fee change without notifying the consumer when necessary. If the customer does not accept this change, he has the right to cancel the reservation and receive the full amount paid. In this case, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

With this contract, the consumer authorizes Antalya Private Transfer to collect the service fee with the credit card information entered in the system. Antalya Private Transfer system is encrypted with 3D Security and the consumer is responsible for the credit card information they have entered.

7-General Provisions

Passengers are required to wear seat belts for traffic laws and life safety.

Even if the consumer cannot sign this contract with a bank or credit card for any reason, he/she is deemed to have learned the terms of the contract that will be valid between the parties through the website or advertisements and is deemed to have accepted to receive the service in the written conditions of the contract.

The consumer must have made a reservation at least 6 (six) hours before the service time in order to benefit from the service subject to this contract. On religious and national holidays, New Year’s Eve and public holidays, the reservation must be made at least 48 (forty eight) hours before the transfer time. The reservation can be canceled by the customer up to 6 hours before the latest. In this case, the customer will be refunded. No refunds will be made for late booking cancellations. The route to be followed along the way from the point of departure to the point of arrival; It is determined exclusively by Antalya Private Transfer, taking into account traffic, road conditions and other criteria.

Except for allocation and tour services, the customer is not authorized to change this route in transfer services. In this context, requests of the passenger to stop at a different location among the determined routes and to wait for a while at this location cannot be accepted. Antalya Private Transfer is only obliged to transport the customer from one point to a determined point, from point to airport or from airport to a certain point. Antalya Private Transfer has to allocate a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage volume determined at the time of the consumer’s online purchase. Antalya Private Transfer; hereby undertakes that all the vehicles to be allocated to the service subject to this contract will be fully insured, that the periodic maintenance of the vehicles will be done completely, that the mandatory spare wheel, first aid kit, fire extinguisher tube, reflector will be available in the vehicle. Antalya Private Transfer will not be responsible for any traffic accident or other reason that may occur during the service, in case the customer suffers bodily or material damage or the transported goods are damaged.

In such a case, the customer irrevocably agrees and declares that Antalya Private Transfer will not have any responsibility arising from Article 66 of the debts law and other provisions of the legislation. The articles of this contract that impose responsibility on Antalya Private Transfer are reserved. Despite the allocation of the vehicle suitable for the transfer service, if the number of persons and baggage amount determined by the customer at the time of purchase is exceeded, the transfer is carried out without exceeding the legally determined transport limits of the vehicle. Passengers or baggage exceeding the legal limits are not accepted into the vehicle. If the customer gives up the transfer service for this reason, no refund will be made. The customer is the customer who purchases the service to the Antalya Private Transfer personnel in the vehicle at the transfer point.

It is obliged to certify that it is with the identity documents issued by the legal authorities or the reservation document. The customer who does not fulfill this obligation will not be transferred.

In the event of an operational cancellation and/or other delay, the customer is obliged to inform Antalya Private Transfer about the issue by phone or by sending an e-mail to Antalya Private Transfer has the right to change the terms of service without informing the customer, in case of delay or rotation that will occur for more than 3 hours. In this context, if the flight is canceled for any reason, if the customer notifies Antalya Private Transfer by sending an e-mail to, if the transfer fee is paid, a refund will be made within 7 days at the latest by the customer’s payment method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to load and receive the baggage completely and completely from the vehicle. Antalya Private Transfer is not responsible for the loss and damage of the items left in the vehicle by the customer during the transfer. However, if the forgotten item is discovered later by the Antalya Private Transfer personnel, it will be delivered to the specified address within the borders of Antalya province on the same day, upon the request of the customer, in return for an extra service fee.

Antalya Private Transfer is not responsible for carrying sacks, chests and similar items that may damage the vehicle as luggage during the service. Each passenger has a baggage allowance of 20 kg per person. In case of any baggage loss or damage caused by Antalya Private Transfer, the service fee is paid to the passenger as material and non-pecuniary compensation for the goods that have not been declared of value before. The customer accepts, undertakes and declares that there is no flammable, combustible, narcotic, fluid, odorous, radioactive substance in the baggage subject to the transfer and that there is no substance prohibited to be carried or kept by the legislation of the Turkish Republic Laws. If the presence of the items listed in the baggage is noticed by the driver, the baggage in question will not be accepted in the vehicle. No refund will be made if the transfer cannot be realized during the discharge of the aforementioned items from the baggage or if the customer cannot catch the flight due to lost time. In addition, in this case, the customer cannot claim any rights or receivables under any name against Antalya Private Transfer. in luggage; In case the existence of the above-mentioned substances is noticed, the situation will be immediately reported to the competent authorities by Antalya Private Transfer. The presence of the listed substances is not noticed by the driver; if detected by stopping and searching law enforcement officers during the transfer; Any damages and losses that Antalya Private Transfer may suffer for this reason will be covered by the customer immediately, in cash and at once.

The customer’s pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the customer during the online purchase of the service. Animal transfer will not be made without such notification. Animal transfers cannot be made alone without an adult customer. The animal to be transferred under these conditions can only be transported in its private cage, in the section determined by the Antalya Private Transfer personnel in the vehicle, with all kinds of responsibility belonging to the customer. T.R. Under no circumstances is it possible to transfer animals whose acquisition, possession and transfer are illegal. declares and undertakes that the vehicle will be found at the specified point at the transfer time. A 15 (fifteen) minute delay from the transfer time will be considered a reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is returned to the customer. In transfer points such as site, mass housing; Antalya Private Transfer is not responsible if the 15 (fifteen) minute delay period is exceeded due to the security guards’ blocking the vehicle’s entrance to the site. If 15 (fifteen) minutes are exceeded in this way and the customer does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be made. The customer has to be present with his luggage at the designated point at the transfer time. If the customer is not ready at the transfer point at the transfer time, the vehicle allocated to Antalya Private Transfer is obliged to wait for the customer for 15 (fifteen) minutes. If the customer does not reach the designated point with their luggage after 15 (fifteen) minutes, the vehicle is not obliged to wait any longer.

At the transfer point, Antalya Private Transfer personnel are not obliged to leave the vehicle and carry luggage, pet cages, or accompany the passenger to the vehicle to be transferred.

Children under the age of twelve will not be transferred without an adult accompanying them. The escort’s transfer back to the point of origin is subject to the purchase of the return service on the website. If wheelchair transfer is requested with the customer to be transferred, this will be notified by the customer during the online purchase of the service. If the customer specifies when purchasing the service online, a baby seat will be placed in the vehicle to be allocated by Antalya Private Transfer.

In cases where the service subject to this contract is interrupted or not performed due to weather and road conditions, vehicle breakdown, sudden health problems related to the customer or the driver, checks to be made by law enforcement during the transfer, and other reasons, and in cases where the passenger cannot catch the flight; Antalya Private Transfer is only obliged to return the prepaid service fee to the customer. The provisions of this contract that stipulate non-refundable situations are reserved. The customer accepts, undertakes and declares that Antalya Private Transfer is not liable for the flight ticket price and other material / moral damage compensation, except for the obligation to return the price. In case the customer gives up the transfer during the transfer; Antalya Private Transfer has no obligation to transfer the customer back to the point of origin. If the work schedule of the vehicle does not allow, the customer is left in the nearest residential area in accordance with the traffic rules. In such a case, no refund will be made. During the transfer of the customer; Antalya Private Transfer does not have such an obligation if the goods are forgotten or returned to the point of purchase for any other reason and requests the transfer to be completed. It is up to Antalya Private Transfer to realize this request of the customer to the extent that the work schedule of the vehicle allows. In such a case, Antalya Private Transfer is not responsible for the customer not being able to catch the flight or suffering any other damage, and no refund will be made. If the passengers or animals transported in the vehicle during the transfer experience any health problems; Antalya Private Transfer personnel is obliged to immediately transfer the passenger to the nearest health unit. The passenger’s request to the contrary does not bind Antalya Private Transfer personnel. The closest health unit may be official health institutions or private health institutions. Antalya Private Transfer is not responsible for any death, bodily damage, material or moral damage that occurs during and after the transfer of the passenger/animal with health problems to the nearest health unit. At the end of the transfer, the customer is obliged to purchase the service and sign the notification document that he has reached the destination. In case of the customer’s request, the invoice for the service provided will be sent by Antalya Private Transfer to the address specified by the customer.

8-Force Majeure

All kinds of force majeure, natural events, adverse climatic conditions, social events, public movements, negative developments in the working life, any legal or illegal worker or employer movements, strikes, lockouts, union movements and in case they fail to fulfill their obligations under this contract as a result of acts of slowdown, war, armed conflict, revolution, declaration of martial law or state of emergency, conflicts and riots between groups. This contract will remain suspended until the end of the listed situations/adverse effects. The contract will enter into force again with the expiration of the listed situations/negative effects. As a result of force majeure, the parties fulfill their obligations

Failure to do so does not entitle the other party to termination or compensation.

9-Cancellation Conditions and Other Provisions

Cancellation, change or refund cannot be made for any reason on the campaign product purchased by the passenger. Applications made to the bank or Antalya Private Transfer for cancellation and refund requests for overdue reservations are invalid.


In the settlement of all kinds of disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, Turkish Laws will be applied and Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized.


Passenger(s) who do not sign the contract but receive the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted the terms of the contract when the 3rd persons assigned to register on their behalf read and sign this contract. This contract has been prepared in 2 copies and signed by the parties, and in case of disputes arising from the contract, the Road Transport Law No. 4925 and other Turkish legislation are applied. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
